MR. JÁNOS JAKSA CEO

MINERVA Capital Fund Management Plc.’s CEO, Mr. Janos Jaksa, possesses 20 years of executive experience within the field of commercial banking. For six years, he took the position of Managing Director of Raiffeisen Bank’s Corporates Division and Corporate Sales Division. Between 1999 and 2015 he was a member of the Bank’s Credit Committee, as well as the Managing Director of Raiffeisen Asset Management Ltd. Moreover, he was the member of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisen Leasing Plc., and a member of the Supervisory Committee of Raiffeisen Asset Leasing Plc.

Mr. Jaksa obtained his bachelor’s degree at the University of Miskolc, and his MBA at the University of Manchester. Additionally, he participated in leadership training programs at the University of Columbia, Harvard Business School and CEU Business School, respectively.

MR. IMRE KARDOS DEPUTY CEO, INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

Mr. Imre Kardos is the deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer of MINERVA Capital Fund Management Plc. He is an economist and a banking expert with extensive experience in the capital market and information technology. From 2005 to 2015 he was the Head of FX Sales at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary’s Treasury Department. During this period of time, he successfully introduced information systems to support customer service. Under his leadership the bank had on several occasions won the Budapest Stock Exchange Award in the derivatives section. Between 2011 and 2014 he acted as President of the Supervisory Board at a Hungarian Savings Cooperative. Furthermore, he was a member of the ACI (International Forex Market Association) between 2002 and 2015.

MRS. TERÉZIA MARLYIN OFFICE MANAGER

Mrs. Terézia Marlyin, MINERVA Capital Fund Management Plc.’s manager of administrative operations, has ten years of experience within the field of banking. At Raiffeisen Bank Hungary she dealt with large corporate customer service, then at its branch, with corporate customer service. In recent years she worked as a financial risk analyst for a Savings Cooperative. Her qualifications include advanced degrees in banking and professional communication.
